Language & Hiking
In this trip, the participants will walk in the majestic mountains of the Pyrenees where they will do different sport activities, mostly hiking. They will also enjoy having funny Spanish lessons and will learn in a convivial atmosphere.
The Spanish course is designed with a dynamic and funny methodology. And it is guided by Spanish native teachers with experience.
All the courses are adapted to the level of the students group and are designed in a careful way by the same teachers.
During the stay, the Spanish course is complemented with an attractive activity program where the students will be inmersed in the most incredible paths of the pyrenean mountains.
Waliking peaks, sleeping in mountain refuges, having baths in rivers of crystal clear waters, or splashing with the drops of water of the impressive waterfalls.
Our privileged location, in the centre of the Pyrenees, allows us to practice hiking in the National Park of Ordesa and Monte Perdido. All theses activities will be guided by mountain experienced guides.
It will be an unforgettable experiencie for the participants, full of learning, amusement and friendship in the heart of the Pyrenees.
Sample itinerary
This one-week learning and hiking take groups to the Pyrenees: one week sourrounded by the most majestic mountains in the Pyrenees, imposing waterfalls and whitewater rivers... Practising hiking, VTT, and many mountain activities.
DAY 1
Beginning of the trip and reaching the accommodation.
- Arrival at the selected accommodation surrounded by the most impressive mountains of the Pyrenees, very close to Ordesa and Monte Perdido’s National Park.
DAY 2
Language & Hiking
- After breakfast, Spanish classes take place during the morning. The lessons combine classroom activities and outdoor activities. The teachers use a very dynamic and communicative methodology practicing conversation mainly.
- Time for lunch.
- Hike near Ara River, the last virgin river of the Pyrenees.
- Return to the accommodation, time for dinner and relax.
DAY 3
Language & Biking
- After breakfast, Spanish classes take place during the morning. The lessons combine classroom activities and outdoor activities. The teachers use a very dynamic and communicative methodology practicing conversation mainly.
- Time for lunch.
- E-bike guided tour to MIradores de Ordesa, the most spectacular vieuwpoints of the National Park Ordesa and Monte Perdido.
- Return to the accommodation, time for dinner and relax.
DAY 4
Hiking
- After breakfast and early in the morning, the group start a full-day hike in Ordesa and Monte Perdido's National Park. Pradera de Ordesa - Refugio de Góriz by Senda de los Cazadores.
- They get to Góriz mountain hut and the sleep there.
- Time for dinner and relax.
DAY 5
Environmental education activity & Hiking
- After breakfast, students make an environmental education activity in the surroundings of Góriz's hut.
- Time for lunch.
- Hike back from the mountain refuge vía Cola de Caballo's waterfall, the most impressive waterfall in the Pyrenees.
- Return to the accommodation, time for dinner and relax.
DAY 6
Language & Rural Experience
- After breakfast, Spanish classes take place during the morning. The lessons combine classroom activities and outdoor activities. The teachers use a very dynamic and communicative methodology practicing conversation mainly.
- Time for lunch.
- After a delicious lunch, students become shepherds for one day. They accompany a herd of goats doing a small hike in the mountains, milk the goats, feed them and even taste their delicious cheeses.
- Return to the accommodation, time for dinner and relax.
DAY 7
Going back home
- After an unforgettable trip full of enriching experiences it’s time to say goodbye to the majestic mountains of the Pyrenees and go back home.
